All clients should set up an account with us so that you can log in and check your payment history and amend your information.
This will enable you to easily print off account information at the end of the year for accounting purposes. This will not be provided for you, so the only way to retrieve you payment history is by setting up an account from the beginning.

Returns
We do not accept returns or provide refunds under any circumstances. If an e-mail is sent to you in error (i.e. wrong trade or you get the same e-mail twice), then please let us know and we will refund your credits onto your account within 48 hours.
If you are unhappy with the quality of any particular leads, please let us know and we will review the lead and may provide a refund of the lead credits onto your account.
First you need to login to your JVZoo account. If you login to your seller account then you need to look to the top right hand side of the page and find the button which says "Looking for your purchases?".
Click on the button which says "Looking for your purchases?"
Next you will come to a page which looks similar to the one on the right hand side. You will need to scroll down the page and find where you purchased Magic Page Plugin.
Click on the button which says "view details"
On the next page you will see a box half way down the page titled "Your Purchase Details".
Look for the transaction ID which starts AP- and copy this into where your API Key would usually go.
Find the transaction ID similar to AP-XXXXXXXXXXXXX and use that as your API Key from now on
