Lead Partner Terms of Service
By registering as a Lead Buyer and topping up your account, you agree to the following terms regarding lead delivery, quality, and credits.
1. Lead Delivery & Exclusivity
Real-Time Delivery: You are notified of all enquiries instantly via email or SMS.
Exclusivity: Unless explicitly labelled otherwise, all purchased leads are 100% exclusive to you. They are not shared with other partners in your specific territory/niche.
2. Trial Credit Policy
New accounts may be granted a limited number of \"Trial Credits.\" These are provided to demonstrate our system\'s speed and data quality. We reserve the right to revoke or limit trial credits at our discretion.
3. Credit Refund & Dispute Policy
We aim for the highest data integrity. You may request a credit refund through the \"Dispute\" button in your portal within 48 hours of delivery for the following reasons:
Invalid Contact Details: The phone number is disconnected/invalid, or the email address is undeliverable.
Wrong Service Category: The lead is requesting a service significantly outside of your chosen niche.
Outside Coverage Area: The lead falls outside of your pre-defined geographical settings.
Duplicate Lead: The same lead was delivered to you twice within a 30-day period.
4. Non-Refundable Leads
Credits will not be refunded for reasons related to sales performance or homeowner behaviour, including:
Unresponsive Leads: The homeowner does not answer the phone or reply to messages (we recommend multiple contact attempts across different times of day).
Price Rejection: The homeowner finds your quote too high or lacks the budget for the work.
Lost to Competition: The homeowner chooses another provider or decides not to proceed with the project.
Delayed Contact: Disputes will not be honoured if the first contact attempt was made more than 24 hours after lead delivery.
5. Account Management
Pausing Leads: If you are unable to take on new enquiries, let us know and we will pause all calls and notifications until you are ready to resume.
Credit Expiry: Purchased credits do not expire and will remain in your account until used or the account is closed.
All clients should set up an account with us so they can log in, view their payment history, and update their information.
This will enable you to easily print off account information at the end of the year for accounting purposes. This will not be provided for you, so the only way to retrieve your payment history is by setting up an account from the beginning.
