Welcome to Bol-Locks! By signing up to receive leads from Bol-Locks, you (\"Locksmith\") agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (\"Terms\"). Please read these Terms carefully before completing your sign-up.

1. Agreement to Terms
By signing up, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that may apply. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not sign up or use our services.

2. Definitions

Bol-Locks: The company providing lead generation services to Locksmiths.
Locksmith: The individual or entity signing up to receive leads from Bol-Locks.
Leads: Potential client information provided by Bol-Locks to the Locksmith.
3. Eligibility
To sign up, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.
Operate as a professional locksmith service within the UK.
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the sign-up process.
4. Services Provided
Bol-Locks will generate and provide leads to the Locksmith. The number and frequency of leads are not guaranteed and are subject to market demand and availability.

5. Fees and Payment

The Locksmith agrees to pay Bol-Locks a fee for each lead provided. The fee structure will be detailed during the sign-up process and may be subject to change with prior notice.
Payments are due as per the terms outlined in the invoice provided. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of lead services.
6. Use of Leads

Leads provided by Bol-Locks are for the exclusive use of the Locksmith and cannot be resold, shared, or distributed to third parties.
The Locksmith agrees to handle all leads professionally and ethically, respecting the privacy and confidentiality of potential clients.
7. Performance and Quality Assurance

Bol-Locks does not guarantee the conversion of leads into actual clients.
The Locksmith is responsible for following up on leads and providing services in a professional manner.
Bol-Locks reserves the right to review and monitor the Locksmith’s performance and client feedback.
8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
Bol-Locks reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend the Locksmith’s access to leads for breach of these Terms or any unlawful or unethical behavior.
9. Limitation of Liability

Bol-Locks shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of leads provided.
The total liability of Bol-Locks for any claim related to the services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by the Locksmith for the leads in question.
10. Indemnification
The Locksmith agrees to indemnify and hold Bol-Locks harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Locksmith’s use of the leads or breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Amendments
Bol-Locks reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification to the Locksmith. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
